One Good* Day Recovery Coaches support people with psychosocial disability to recognise, build and use their own strengths to create the life they want and are proud of.
BRIEF
Brand development, naming and identity design for a national recovery coach business providing psychosocial disability support services. A new area supported by the Australian National Disability Scheme (NDIS), the business needed to launch swiftly but with extreme sensitivity and consideration to connect to their key audience.
STRATEGY
The branding workshops focused on the central ethos of recovery coaching - to support customers by building relationships that lead to positive change, so they can realise the potential of every new day. This inspired the creative naming process for One Good* Day Recovery Coaches, as well as the development of the verbal and visual tone of the brand which connects with customers on their level so they felt heard, and importantly does not look or feel like another health care service provider.

When starting up our business we were focused on finance, legals, culture and didn’t think much about our name and brand. Until we met Nic & Tamara.
They guided us through the value of great branding, and then held our hand along the journey of coming up with a name and brand that set us up from the very start
